On the 21st of March 2024, we had the pleasure of attending phase one grand opening event at Grendon Road Exeter. Among the attendees were the Lord Mayor of Exeter, key members of our team, and the Exeter Homes Trust. It was a memorable event that marked a significant milestone in our project
The Grendon Road Exeter refurbishment has resulted in modern, energy-efficient housing for the residents while still retaining the building's historical charm. The apartments have been upgraded with new mechanical and electrical services, modern shower rooms, ensuite toilets, and kitchens.
We are excited to announce that we will begin phase two of the project next month, which will focus on the exterior of the historic building.
