We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Leonardo Hotel refurbishment in Exeter, a project that spanned approximately four months. As the principal contractor, we took on the responsibility of ensuring a smooth and timely refurbishment within the allocated budget.
What did the project involve?
The project involved a comprehensive revamp of the conference and staff areas. Our dedicated team was tasked with installing new flooring, wallpaper, lighting, and essential decorations to transform the spaces. Furthermore, we diligently implemented new fire doors in accordance with our Firas accreditation, guaranteeing adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. This certification not only validates the correctness of our installations but also provides our clients with peace of mind, as our competency is regularly assessed by Firas themselves.
What did we enjoy the most about this particular project?
Our team particulary enjoyed working with a new client in Exeter, but most importantly we enjoyed seeing the design come to life from the inital plan to reality.
