Our client, Exeter Homes Trust, has been a great partner throughout the years and it has been a pleasure working with them. We have established a strong and lasting relationship with them, and we look forward to continuing to work with them for many more years to come.

Fifields Construction and Exeter Homes Trust have achieved a significant milestone by completing phase one of the Grendon Road Almshouses project.

The Lord Mayor of Exeter is scheduled to visit the site in March to acknowledge this success. We are committed to delivering more updated and improved homes as part of the project, and we aim to have them ready by 2024.
